From engaging a fellow tenant for a business solution to finding a needed partner, a Business Ecosystem is a place where incubator graduate companies grow. Companies will find ways to help one another, share what has worked for them and what has not; they make suggestions to each other based on their experience, and share capabilities and services across companies.

It brings companies and jobs to the community. Because of the “multiplier effect,” it creates many more jobs that are actually located at the Business Ecosystem itself. As an Innovation Center, CI Works, in conjunction with local and regional businesses, offers regular learning seminars, called the Business Accelerator Series, on topics such as Marketing, Finance, Legal Assistance, Banking Services, Intellectual Property and much more.
