My Name is Amir Jafariaria, I moved to the US in 1978 from Iran.

Is there a story behind your business?
I finished my education in 1984. Worked as a Highway Engineer for 5 years but did not find it challenging enough for a lifetime career. I turned to help a friend in Handmade Persian Magic Carpets which is part of my heritage and challenging. Soon enough started my own business in early 90's. Served to designers and individuals at high end furniture store to achieve their high end decorating goals.
What problem(s) are you/your business trying to help solve?
My business, like many businesses, has made a huge turn due to the cyber world and internet. With over 60 global importer networking possibilities are endless for my clients,
convenience, selection and price with no middleman. With 3 locations, presently on the move with new territories all over New England.
Why do you like being a part of the bigger CI Works puzzle?
With many different businesses and professionals around me, I believe I’m on the right track for collaboration.
What’s cool about your business?
With over 60 global importers, the possibilities are endless. I can present the latest trending rugs, carpeting, and hardwood flooring in the Design World and meet successful people at their happiest moment in their life when they change and upscale their lifestyle.
What advice do you have for other small businesses?
I don’t look at this as a job. I do my passion with purpose and fearlessness, clapping two hands doesn't make as much noise that could be heard, but clapping many hands makes a louder noise that could be heard from collaboration and teamwork that is the reason I am in this location.
